They serve as a reminder to our staff and visitors that our unique challenge is to leave a legacy -- to reach non-believing youth for Christ, to connect them with other Christians, to help them grow in their faith, to challenge them to discover their ministry, and to honour God with their life.

We value the Word of God as the foundation and final authority for life and ministry. Therefore, we discipline ourselves to study it diligently, apply it daily and teach it's truth to young people.

We value effective, culturally relevant evangelism and discipleship of teenagers. Therefore, we are committed to taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to all young people and always seek to do so with a sense of urgency. We are committed to using creativity in our programming and strategies. We are further committed to providing a wide range of opportunities for Christian involvement for each new believer, and to work in partnership with others who desire to accomplish the same mission.

We value multiplying our efforts through trained volunteers and student leaders. Therefore, we equip others, providing quality training opportunities, supervision and support.

We value responsible stewardship of people, time and money. Therefore, we seek to match people's gifts, vision and passion with their responsibilities. We hold staff accountable for the stewardship of their time and resources.
