Campus Life meets on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 pm
@ the YFC Youth Centre.
Campus Life staff have been described as people who love to have fun and at the same time, have a sincere desire to share the love of Jesus Christ with our local high school students and the families they represent. Follow a staff member around for a day and you'll undoubtedly end up connecting with a group of teenagers. It may be at a local high school, at a mall, on the sports field, at the YFC Youth Centre or . well, you get the idea. Campus life staff spend their time taking an interest in teenagers: going where they go, getting involved in their activities - proving they care by their actions.
Geared for high school students, the Campus Life weekly club meetings are a safe, fun place for teenagers to be part of a positive peer group. Held at the YFC Youth Centre on Thursday evenings from 7 to 10 PM, they're designed to help young people grow and develop a balanced lifestyle - physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Through friendly, informal, yet highly organized programming, staff bring their faith to life through competitive games, drama, music, media and a message.
More than a program, Campus Life offers students the opportunity to build lasting friendships with students from all over the city, exercise their gifts and talents through their participation in the programs and for many, the chance to discuss openly their questions and concerns about the world they live in, learning practical ways to apply Biblical principles as they grow toward adulthood.
